Shipping large collections can get expensive, and increases liability for some archives that are too sensitive or fragile to risk movement. Some collections may also require specific decks or gear that are only located with these assets.

CAA works with labels, academic institutions, and private collections wherever they happen to be in the United States, coordinating travel and work schedules that adhere to client goals and requests.

CAA offers separate rates for both archive assessment and off site transfer work. With the exception of travel (flight, gas, etc.) and accommodation expenses, day rates for travel jobs do not differ from in house rates.
